Infringement Notification
If you are the copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your protected work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our DMCA Agent in writing providing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of the person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the protected work claimed to have been infringed, or if a single notification covers multiple works, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough information to allow us to locate the material (including the specific URL).
- Contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material that was removed or to which access was disabled was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was denied, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, in any district where the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
